Formal Friday
For red nose day - comic relief, a guy here at work had the idea of holding 'formal friday' where we dress up for once, and pay for the privilege :P
It was nice wearing a suit for a change and quite a number of people took part but the most awesome costume was worn by my old line manager (Canadian) who came in wearing a Mounty uniform.

Good to see the other Beebs - and a good-looking bunch they are. Looks like a fun day - and we Africans could sure use the money :P Heard such sad statistics and facts about Africa at the conference I attended. Good that people are concerned (that's if some of the revenue goes to Africa?). As for old E-ba-gum in Zimbabwe, he can rot in hell - crazy psychopath. For the rest, there are many many extremely poor and sick people who have no way of digging themselves out of their dire situations.

* for the meaning of existance as your blog
* for the faithful fans who come to visit me

What project is that, the one where you write a script that spams a million blogs, posting inane comments just so that your name will appear as a link to your site, and rank you 0.000000001% higher in search engine results? ARGH! I'm so sick of getting these, about one every 2 or 3 days :(
