K. Flay, the two-time grammy nominated recording artist brought the heat to Dallas, Texas. Playing at the Granada Theater, K. Flay opened up the night to a roaring crowd with “Make Me Fade.”

The energy started high and stayed high. She played “Champagne,” followed by “Favorite Color is Blue” with new-time collaborator and long time friend Robert DeLong.

K. Flay played the awesome hits, like “High Enough,” and “Blood in the Cut,” but my favorite moment of the night was a cover that she performed. Taking Harvey Danger’s 90s classic, “Flagpole Sitta,” the crowd transformed into an absolute mayhem. Everyone knew every line, and K. Flay rocked the house with the throwback tune.

She returned for a two-song encore, and in just an hour or so another exciting night in Dallas was capped.
