Austin City Limits is just around the corner, and this year marks the 15th anniversary of the festival.

To prepare for its 15th year, ACL has added some new experiences and improved various facilities throughout Zilker Park to ensure festival-goers enjoy their stay.

ACL has added more shady spots for fans to relax and cool off, conveniently located by ACL Eats, the food area of the festival, and new amenities like the Miller Lite Game and Wine Down, the festival’s new wine bar.

The festival has also relocated Austin Kiddie Limits, the portion of the festival designed for young festival-goers and their families. Now in the more shaded southeast end of Zilker, the area will be accessible through a new Family Friendly Entrance and new stroller-friendly family lanes located at both of the main entrances. Kids will also receive wristbands that enable parents to locate them within the festival.

Another new improvement for ACL is improved restroom facilities, featuring flushable toilets within the park.

Zilker will also be seeing more hydration and misting stations throughout the festival, giving fans the opportunity to cool off and stay hydrated.

This year at ACL, the ACL Festival Store has expanded to a full retail shopping experience in an indoor facility onsite. The store will be air-conditioned and feature special merchandise celebrating the 15th anniversary.

For those hanging around Austin next week, the festival will be putting on a new event, Feast Under the Stars, on Thurs., Oct. 6. There will be six award-winning chefs to prepare a dining experience like no other. Tickets for the event are available here.

ACL 2016 features artists like Radiohead, Major Lazer, the Chainsmokers, Cage the Elephant and Mumford & Sons, and the festival is sure to be a hit.

Weekend One of the festival is this weekend, Sept. 30-Oct. 2, while Weekend Two is Oct. 7-9 in Zilker Park.

Limited tickets are still available here.
