Wasaga Beach will be the new home to Canada’s hottest beach music festival. Moving from its Kelowna BC home base, for the weekend of August 19th-21st 2016, Monster Energy Center of Gravity (MECOG) will hit Ontario for the first time. Presented by Wet Ape Productions and Live Nation, Center of Gravity brings high energy electronic, urban, and live music acts across multiple stages in the quaint beach town of Wasaga.

For the ninth year in a row, MECOG is ready to bring its combination of action sports, international music talent, and beach culture to Wasaga beach. As Founder of the MECOG Festival, Scott Emslie notes:

Wasaga Beach is a perfect fit for MECOG. The festival is meant to be an escape from the city┬áto a beach town, for a weekend packed with high energy sports, day cabanas, lakeside house music, sunset headliner performances, and shared memories with likeminded people. It’s hard to find a better location than Wasaga Beach to create the MECOG experience.”
