Yppah released his latest album, Tiny Pause, off of Counter Records earlier in October of this year. A masterful composition on trance undertones and psychedelic vibes, Tiny Pause was one of 2015’s most overlooked electronic releases.

Yppah has taken a new shift in his music making style, moving away from largely software-based production and live instrumentation to the more tonal modular synthesizers and samplers. Inspired by 8mm footage and self-described as “creepy/beautiful”, Yppah paints a living landscape. He draws notice to human memory and emotive warmth and magnifies those feelings.
