While countries like the Netherlands and Sweden have a rightful claim for the title of the capital of the dance music world, perhaps no region in the world has an electronic scene quite like Los Angeles. There’s a little bit of something for everyone in Southern California, whether you’re a fan of big festivals, like Coachella or one of Insomniac’s Wonderland festivals, underground events, like Desert Hearts, or intimate concert venues, like Sound Nightclub, Exchange LA, or Avalon.

This Saturday, German superstar, Felix Jaehn, will be making his Los Angeles debut at the famed Avalon nightclub, alongside UK tropical house duo, Wayward, and the emerging, LA-based Louis Vivet. You might remember Jaehn from his monstrous, chart-topping remix of OMI’S “Cheerleader,” which claimed the top spot on the iTunes chart in over 18 countries. Wayward will bring their trademark brand of groove-infused tropical house in support of Jaehn, while hometown heroes, Louis Vivet, will be sharing their electro-tinged style of downtempo at Avalon for the first time ever.
