A golden scooped beak slowly emerges from the darkness.

If you haven’t heard of Berlin-native producer Claptone, welcome to his world. Along with the announcement of his debut artist album ‘Charmer’, he dropped the track “Puppet Theatre feat. Peter, Bjorn, and John” as a taste of what’s to come.

“Puppet Theatre” is a dark, deep house tune that meshes a groovy piano melody with distorted vocals making a unique club hit. This track is only a preview for his debut album and now has his listeners on their toes. If the rest of his album is as unique as this track, the future is bright for Claptone. We’re especially excited to see how diverse Claptone will get within his realm of deep-funk-house.

Claptone will be holding album launch parties all over the planet in the coming months kicking off with a special showcase at W Amsterdam on the eve of release during Amsterdam Dance Event.
