As North America’s oldest electronic music festival is set to celebrate it’s 20th anniversary, big things are expected for this year’s Nocturnal Wonderland during Labor Day weekend. Insomniac Events has more than met expectations with the announcement of the initial headliners for the Southern California spectacle. The San Manuel Amphitheater & Grounds will be a temporary home to Armin Van Buuren, Bassnectar, Galantis, and Pretty Lights. On top of this major announcement, Insomniac has also revealed that Nocturnal will begin to model itself off of other Insomniac events, Beyond and Escape, as it will host showcases of two major labels: Anjunadeep and Drumcode. Possibly because of the celebration of 20 successful years in Southern California, the festival will span a three day period from September 4th through the 6th, instead of the usual two day period. We are ecstatic for the upcoming festival as we are sure it will be a more than special event since Nocturnal Wonderland was Insomniac and Pasquale Rotella’s first flagship event. Living less than an hour away from the grounds, I can attest to the importance of this festival for the West Coast EDM community.

If you are 18 or older, tickets can be purchased on the Nocturnal Wonderland official website.
