Score:

All three judges enter a score in the 0-40pt range. These three individual scores are added together and divided by three to produce the Score. All scores truncated after second decimal place.

Score criteria is based on the following: difficulty, progression, execution, amplitude, variety

+Style:

All three judges enter a score in the 0-10pt range. These three individual scores are added together and divided by three to produce +Style points. All scores truncated after second decimal place.

+Style criteria places an EXTRA premium on the following: originality, uniqueness in trick selection, execution, presentation, controlled rotations, showing diversity of grabs

Run Score:

Score and +Style are added together to produce Run Score. All scores truncated after second decimal place.

Example, Score 36.33 + Style 3.33 = Run Score 39.66

Round Score:

Each rider’s two best Run Scores per round are added together to yield Round Score.

Example; Run Score 1 (39.66) + Run Score 2 (35.66) = Round Score (75.32)

RESOLVING TIES

Tiebreakers within the Rounds will be applied in the following order:

  1. 1. The higher run score breaks the tie (of the two counted)
  2. 2. The third highest run score breaks the tie (second highest would still be tie)
  3. 3. If the third highest score does not break the tie, the head judge will break the tie

REPEATING TRICKS
We are striking all formalized “repeat trick” restrictions from the rules. The judges will be rewarding riders that present a diverse variety of tricks counting towards their two combined scores. A repeated trick, landed successfully within a round, will be scored substantially lower.
