Rising producer Empia made a huge statement this past week releasing a remix of Deorro’s hit single “Five Hours.” Based out of Sydney Australia, Carl Elliot’s work has gained increasing popularity worldwide for his extensive genres of remixes ranging from electronica house to dirty bass booming trap.

Empia’s latest remix of “Five Hours” has a build up that drops listeners to their knees. He has a delayed sense of layering making the audience unaware of when the drop was going to happen. The track starts slow and melodic as it slowly becomes recognizable to Deorro’s funky vocal sampling. For this song, his style is very similar to artists like Seven Lions creating  happy progressive bounce-esque drops anyone can groove to. Empia has separated himself from everyone else because of his diversity within his tracks. He’s not afraid to think outside the box and release tracks some might think are “experimental”.

Be sure to check out his other releases like “Morning Call” and “My Own” and stay tuned as 2015 is going to be a huge year for Empia.
