Canadian electro-fuck duo, Chromeo will be ringing in the New Year at San Francisco’s historical Fort Mason as a part of Streets of SF NYE.

Formed in 2001, Dave 1 and P Thugg have infiltrated the speakers at a magnitude of clubs and festivals including Bonnaroo and Monolith Festival. With a blend of sounds unlike no other, Chromeo has created a new sound of funk always leaving listeners wanting more. The pair jokingly describes themselves as the “the only successful Arab/Jewish partnership since the dawn of human culture”, however most fans can agree with their statement.

In May, Chromeo releases their fourth studio album, White Women, which surely did not disappoint. The album reached number 11 on the Billboard top 200 and number 6 on the Billboard top 200 in Canada. Featured vocals include Solange and Ezra Koening providing even more uniqueness to their already captivating sounds. Some of their addictive tunes, including Jealous have been remixed by the likes of Dillon Francis, Benny Benassi  and The Chainsmokers. Recently, Chromeo treated their fans to something extra special and brought their live show which featured a full-band to festivals such as EDCLV, Outside Lands and more.

Accompanying Chromeo on NYE include Colorado native Kill Paris (Check out our interview here), who will be bringing his own funky sounds including some tracks fresh off his Foreplay EP. Alongside Chromeo and Kill Paris will be SF locals ViceroyTraviswild, and more bringing their own eclectic array of bangers to Fort Mason. Streets of San Francisco NYE will feature a premium open bar and a tropical theme creating a unique experience for attendees. So instead of running around in the madness of San Francisco, join EYEHeartSF for one of the must-go-to events to ring in 2015. Get tickets HERE before their anticipated sell-out.
