About a month ago, Spinnin Records gave us a teaser of Martin Garrix & MOTi’s collaboration, “Virus (How About Now)”. This morning, the official full track was released and we couldn’t be more impressed. Teaming up with Tiesto’s rising star protégé, MOTi, the Dutch producer has been spinning his way to the top since his release of mega hit, “Animals”. The 17 year-old EDM dominating producer has strayed away from the tones we hear so often. “Virus (How About Now)”, carries a new sound and is quite possibly Garrix’s best track yet, as the dynamics have outgrown the template found in his previous ballads. Garrix and MOTi have been previewing this track in their sets this past festival season, continually teasing fans but never officially announcing the title until earlier this month through Spinnin’ Records. “Virus (How About Now)” contains a fast-paced melody carrying listeners throughout the song as Garrix pairs the catchy house anthem with stunning, smooth vocals, and a high energy bass line. Which, when all put together, creates a piece that will devour listeners into every tone. “Virus (How About Now)” is sure to be on the set list of the world’s biggest names in house music and was officially released on Garrix’s Soundcloud and Spinnin’ Records this morning October 13th.
