Festival season has long since started with Ultra in March and Coachella in its second weekend. Partygoers have flocked from all over to see their favorite artists perform in some of the most beautiful venues available today. However, there is a new festival on the horizon, Mysterland USA which will be taking over Bethel Woods in late May. Mysteryland has been around for a while now, but never in the US, and it will have the privilege of taking place in the historical grounds of 1969’s Woodstock festival. This alone is a landmark that makes Mysteryland USA stand out above the rest.

Mysteryland USA is first and foremost being billed as a Electronic Music Culture and Arts Festival. It is hoped that, like Woodstock, its predecessor, Mysterlyand will usher in a new era of music and cultural change. With acts such as Steve Aoki, Kaskade, Nicky Romero, and Dimitri Vegas, Mysteryland will have some of the biggest names in the electronic scene as well some of the more underground influencers. There will be a variety of stages from the Sound of Q-Dance stage, focusing on the harder genres, to the back of a boat, Mysteryland will have a lot to offer.

Run by ID&T, a dutch electronic music pioneering company, Mysteryland has been going strong since 1993 when it debuted in the Netherlands. It has also taken place in Chile, and now for the first time it will come to the United States. Mysteryland USA officially takes place May 23-26 and tickets are currently on sale here, but act quickly because they are selling out. If you are looking for a brand new, once of a lifetime experience, give Mysteryland USA a shot because who knows, you could be there for the ushering in of a whole new era.
