This past Saturday night I had the pleasure of attending an extraordinary show put on by the lovely Australian born, Anna Lunoe. A native of Sydney, Australia, Miss Lunoe ventured out to the City of Angels in 2012 to introduce a unique style of music to the American EDM Industry.  By incorporating Dance, House, Funk, and Bass in her tracks she brings us that “feel-good” vibe that we all love.

The show took place at Bang Bang, a nightclub and sushi bar in San Diego, California. This place has gained mass popularity due to the talent they have scheduled, and her performance exceeded my expectations.

Fortunately, I was able to make it inside of Bang Bang just before she took the stage to catch the start of her set, which consisted of a funky dance track that immediately brought the energy of the place to another level. Her energetic style and crowd interaction kept the vibes going the entire night, which I myself expected – she used to be a radio host at her very own weekly dance music show on Sydney’s youth station, fBi Radio.

Switching back and forth from Dance, House, and Funk, Anna Lunoe showcased her eclectic style. Much respect to this up-and-coming Australian artist and musician, as she is constantly delivering fantastic and must see shows across the country.

Make sure to check her out on Soundcloud, Facebook, or the Anna Lunoe website provided below for downloads, future shows, and new releases. Possibly throw in a like or follow while you’re at it; you won’t be disappointed, I promise.
