FreakNight Festival is back once again for its 17th year running, but this year it’s twice as spooky! USC events has stepped up their game this year increasing the festival to TWO bone chilling nights of beats and bass! FreakNight is known for its halloween themed madness that lights up the WaMu Theater in Seattle,Washington! There are many attractions that FreakNight has to offer including carnival rides, plenty of different performers, and an entire spooky halloween setup inside the WaMu Theater. There are plenty more details yet to be released about this years festival but one thing is for sure: the lineup this year is already pretty solid and has incredible promise for phase 2. Fans of all genres will have something to look forward to this year!

First off there’s Benny Benassi, everyone who loves EDM should know this absolute powerhouse. He became famous in the UK and then a year later released the song that everyone knows worldwide “Satisfaction” helping make him one of the most well known artists among our culture. Then there is Destroid, a new trio that released their first album recently called “Invasion”. This trio consist of the well known artists Excision, Downlink, and KJ Sawka. Destroid features some of the most unique sounds in EDM today along with a clash of live drum playing as well as midi-enabled guitars to top it off. One more artist to keep an eye out for is W&W if your a trance music fan! They are a dutch duo from the netherlands that have become famous worldwide and are featured in radio shows such as “A State of Trance” and their own primetime special “Mainstage.” It will be interesting to see the crowd that such an eclectic lineup will draw! This is sure to be one KILLER FreakNight Festival this year with phase 1 announcements already attracting this much attention.

There are plenty more artists yet to be announced! But this announcement should keep the excitement levels at a high during the wait. Tickets for FreakNight will go on sale July 25th at noon so be ready to grab them before they disappear! This will be the first set of tickets and the lowest pricing.
