There is one place in America that rises above the rest when it comes to live EDM, and that place is Las Vegas. For years, the scene has been growing and flourishing there, with the Vegas clubs boasting resident DJs as huge as Major Lazer, Deadmau5, Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Calvin Harris and Hardwell among many others. But now, Cirque du Soleil has announced that they too are opening a club as well, which promises a star studded lineup of resident DJs including Skrillex, Zedd, Sebastian Ingrosso, A-Trak, Axwell, Alesso, Baauer, Alvin Risk, Nicky Romero, Mat Zo, Thomas Gold, Otto Knows, Sebastian Drums and Stafford Brothers. Las Vegas just got a whole lot more exciting.

The club opens on Memorial Day Weekend, and for that weekend alone, heavy hitters Axwell, Skrillex, Zedd, J. Cole, Baauer and Just Blaze make appearances to kick off the club in style. No longer are night clubs solely about dancing, but about consistently solid musical acts playing every weekend. Clubs are now providing a more comfortable and sheltered alternative to festivals with artists equally as impressive.
